Congestion

Owen has a little congestion right now. He doesn't have a runny nose or fever, and isn't coughing or sneezing or anything like that. Should I do anything about it? It doesn't interfere with his eating or sleeping either.

I did the saline spray earlier, but I don't know if it helped because I didn't seem to get anything out with the aspirator.
