Yesterday, Steve got a letter from the personnel commission at school regarding his ranking on the list for the supervisor position. He's ranked #2, hooray! His buddy is ranked #4, which he's really bummed about, because that most likely means that he won't get an interview at all. But we're very happy that Steve is as high up as he is. His boss got the go ahead to open the position at the campus he works at, so it's just a matter of time before it's all finalized, yay :D!

Just curious: what did you guys decide for the insurance. Probably none of my business, but since you asked for opinions, my curiosity was sparked. ;)

We decided to go with the HMO. Steve looked into getting a separate, private PPO plan for just me, but when he talked to the insurance company, they said it wouldn't be worth it because the deductibles were so high, they'd never be met.
