Eat shit and die Verizon! We had someone come out this morning to install two new phone jacks in our house; one in our living room for our TiVo, and one in our office for our modem. We've been running the TiVo line into the kitchen and the DSL line into our bedroom, which resulted in two really long phone cords being stretched across the house. The guy came, did his thing, was really cool, and then left. I plugged in the DSL line, and lo and behold, it doesn't work! Damn it! I called the Verizon Online number, and after they couldn't figure out the problem, they told me to call the Verizon Phone number. They couldn't figure it out either, so they sent me back to the Online number. So here I am, nearly $150 poorer, with a DSL line that doesn't work, and no one can figure out the problem, damn it! I have to run the modem line back into the jack in our bedroom, argh!

we have had PLENTY of our own issues with them, but your subject title totally made me smile ;)

And I am so frustrated for you for this crap. How aggravating!
