A km is longer than a mile :). 1km = .6 miles.

Then I was right and I got shafted! The question said which is longer 1 mile or 1000 meters (which is one km!)

No, I went back to check. If you answer only one question, and then it says you got one right, then you know that one question was correct. If you mark the 1 mile, then you get that answer correct!

Well I do believe those idiots are wrong then, in which case, I got them all right :D!

From Google: 1 kilometer = 0.621371192 mile

Wait! We are stupid! If 1 km = 0.6 miles. Then 1 mile = 1.667 km. Therefore a mile is longer!
