Hockey, pictures, and pictures

Owen and I went with Steve to the Ducks game tonight. This is the first game that Owen has been to in 3 months, because the games end too late, and because it didn't go too well the first time. He did a lot better this time, but the noise started to get to him after a while, so I had to take him out to the concourse towards the end of the game.

Tomorrow morning, at 11am, we're having family portraits taken at JCPenney. Stupid me thought that we could just walk in on Friday; boy was I wrong. I asked the girl if it was possible to get pictures taken, and she asked if I had an appointment. Obviously I don't have an appointment if I'm asking if it's possible. And she was so busy doing something, she couldn't bother to make eye contact with me, or stop whatever it was that she was doing. Rude! I let a lot of things go when it comes to customer service, because I've been there, but her tone of voice and lack of courtesy rubbed me the wrong way.
