What's the fun of taking pictures if I never share? Here are pictures of Steve and my brother playing hockey at the Staples Center after a Kings game last week, along with pictures of the cats, and our china, which has finally been put into a china cabinet after 3 1/2 years of hiding in a closet.

Brandon and Steve warming up (Steve's the goalie):

He loves to pose like this for some reason:

Proof that they played at Staples:

Nice save, goalie:

I love random photo dumps :) 3 1/2 years of hiding in a closet isn't too bad; our china at home hasn't been moved from the display cabinet for about ten years now.

I miss watching hockey; it was the first game I ever enjoyed watching on television. Since I started working I don't get to catch games whether live or even on TV anymore 'cause the games air at unholy hours :(

Thanks! Bummer that you don't get to watch any hockey. Get thee a TiVo!

I love it when my kitty sticks her tongue out like that! :) How'd you come up with their names?

Ooh boy, story time!

Tracker - He found us on Christmas Eve out by the mailboxes at our apartment. It was raining outside and I guess he was looking for a new home, even though he seemed well fed. He followed Steve up the stairs to our apartment and followed us all through the rooms, checking things out. Since he was tracking us, we named him Tracker :). Steve calls him Boodler, which is short for Kit and Caboodle.

Minnie - She was named before she came to us, we took her in from a friend who couldn't take care of her. I guess she used to follow my friend around, so her original name was Mini-Me, which he shorted to Minnie. We usually call her Min-min.

Zero - Also named before he came to us. My friend just thought it would be a cool name.

I recognize Zero's pose. Does he scoot along by pushing off with his back feet? My black cat Nightmare does that when he's riled up and playful.

Yeah he does! When he sees us coming, he'll fall over and start stretching out along the floor.

I've seen Rocky do it once and I wish I had a camera, he looked cute in a silly sort of way.

Thanks! Nope, we got that china set brand new for our wedding :). I still have the iguana, my dad is working on a bigger cage for her and it should hopefully be done by the end of the week.
