Healthy food!

So I was just reading an article in Time magazine about blood pressure, and I realized that I don't want to die early, so I need to start taking better care of myself. Though I am thin, at 5'10 and 135-140 pounds, and my blood pressure is a stellar 110/70, I could stand to make some life changes.
First of all, I need to change my diet. Because I go from home to work to school to home, I have no time to make anything relatively healthy, so I subsist on fast food and TV dinners during the week. On the weekends, I'm too lazy or tired to cook, so we end up eating more fast food. It's seriously bad.
Secondly, I need to exercise. My co-worker and I used to go for two 15-minute walks every day during the work week, but with absences and colder weather settling in, we've completely fallen off the wagon with it. I hinted that I wanted an elliptical machine for Christmas, but those things are so expensive, and I don't have the time to go to the gym.
Luckily, I don't smoke or drink, so I have that working for me at least. I need help! I don't like fish, milk, and most vegetables that are really good for you, so I find it difficult to find healthy foods that I enjoy.
Suggestions anyone?
