I woke up this morning at the lovely hour of 6am, which sucked ass. I took my temperature, and it was about 100.1. Great, a fever, and I have to work tomorrow. My ears hurt, my throat hurts; I'm just all around not having a good time :(.

But then I got the best phone call ever. It was the doctor's office, and they were calling to tell me that tomorrow's case has been postponed. Yay :D! So I get another day to recover.

Steve stayed home with me this morning. He said that it was because he was tired and needed to get some more sleep, but I also think he wanted to take care of me. When I got up at 6, I couldn't fall back asleep, so I was tossing and turning all morning. I finally fell back asleep at around 12, but Steve woke me up. He was going to go into work for a few hours, and he wanted to make sure that I ate something, so he made me a bowl of chicken noodle soup. Such a sweetie :).

I don't think it's the flu; I hope not anyway. My fever is gone, I think it probably spiked sometime during the night, because when I took my temperature later on, it was at 98.8. It all seems to be sinus related, which I'm finding out is pretty crappy. But I do feel a little achy too, shit. I've already had the flu this year; I've filled my quota for like 7 years now! I think I'll curl up on the couch with some Alias to feel better :p. Steve was so sweet to take care of me this morning, though he had to drag me out of bed to get me to eat :).
