We need some good news up in here now

Steve got an interview for the supervisor position :D!!! Last time he applied for this job, he didn't have enough experience, so he didn't even get to this part. I'm so excited for him! I think this is only round one of interviews though; I'm guessing that HR is conducting these in order to rank the individuals, and then they'll be interviewed again by the real panel (i.e. Steve's bosses, who love and worship him) at a later date. As long as he makes it into the top 4, he's pretty golden, so if you could send some positive vibes his way, that would be great!
