Update on rancid13

Hey everyone, just wanted to update you on Jennifer right now!

She texted me this morning at around 7:30 after being on Pitocin for 17 hours. Her doctor broke her water at that point because she was only 1cm dilated. At 8:45, she was at 2cm. At 10:45, she was about 3-4cm and was having a hard time with the contractions, so she got her epidural, and now she's taking a nap!

It's now most 6pm, and she is only 5cm dilated. Her nurse is upping her Pitocin, but if things don't get moving soon, it looks like she's heading for a c-section. She's been in labor for 28 hours at this point.

Our early Christmas present to ourselves

The night that we told our families we were having a baby, Steve told me that he wanted to buy me a camcorder for Christmas. Jennifer's DH just texted me to let me know that she's going in for a c-section right now. The little guy should be here within the hour, and when he arrives, I'll update this post!

ETA: He's here! I don't have the time, but he's 7lbs 8oz, and 19 inches long! Congrats Jennifer and Sonny, and welcome baby!

Tyler Kekoa M. was born December 2nd at 8:29pm via c-section. He weighs 7lbs 8oz, 19 inches long and scored an 8-9 on the Apgar.
