I am so over this

It's been a week and a half since the World Cup has started, so I basically haven't watched any TV in that time, because oh my God, we don't have TiVo or anything so that he can watch the game later. Oh wait, yes we do have TiVo. Nevermind the fact that I haven't gotten to watch anything that I've TiVo'd over the past week. And now, Steve has brought in our old DirecTV box and hooked it up to the TV so that he can try to watch both games at the same time on the split screen. And apparently, it's not working, so he's all annoyed, which is making me all annoyed. Lovely. Nevermind, he got it to work. He took the DirecTV box from the office and hooked it up to the TV in the living room. So now, even if I wanted to watch TV right now, I couldn't.

I got a call this morning from the temp agency, and they said that the HR lady at the dealership should be calling me today to get things rolling on giving me the permanent position. It's about damn time! They said they were going to try me out for a few weeks to see if they wanted to keep me. It's been 2 months.
