Random movie question

Tonight, Steve and I went to see "Date Movie." It was hilarious, if you're into stupid parodies like that. While I was watching it though, I remembered something from another movie, and for the life of me, I can't remember what it's called.

There was a movie with a woman who said that she wanted a thousand roses (or flowers, or something). At one point, she walks into her office or apartment, and there are flowers everywhere. Then her friend (co-worker? assistant?) says "there must be" and she cuts the woman off and says "a thousand roses."

Does anyone know what this movie is?
