Happy Monday

My fever has finally broken, which is great news! I'm still pretty much feeling like hell though, so I called out sick from my assignment. I figured it would be better to save my energy for my real job tomorrow. Luckily, I don't have to work until 2pm tomorrow, so I can still sleep in and all that good stuff.

I finally took a shower today for the first time since Friday. I know, gross. I felt so yucky all weekend, but I just didn't have the strength to get in there. Today actually ended up being no exception. I stood up for about 2 minutes before I was overcome by weakness, so I spent the rest of the shower sitting on the floor of the tub. Even then, I was having a hard time lifting the shower nozzle over my head.

Last night, I had my first real food since Thursday night. I've only had orange juice and tomato soup this past weekend, but I had a cheeseburger and some fries from Del Taco for dinner. It was pretty tasty, though I guess it didn't do much for me, since I still feel like a total weakling.

Bogey still isn't eating :(. I'll have to take her to the vet tomorrow morning. I hope it's nothing serious. She's done this before, where she hasn't eaten for days, but this time, it seems to be worse.
