Weekend and beyond
Oct. 28th, 2005 05:32 pmTonight, Steve asked if I wanted to go to a Ducks game with him. I said sure, and then he asked if we should invite my brother to go along. I decided to bow out of the evening so that Steve and Brandon could have a boys' night out. Am I a cool wife or what :)?
Tomorrow is Steve's class reunion, yay! I'm really looking forward to it. He's out getting his hair cut right now, and earlier today, I went shopping for some slimming pants-type things to wear under my dress so that my pooch doesn't show. I have open-toed shoes so I can't wear regular pantyhose; so everyone is going to get a good look at my butt-white legs. Yummy! I also bought some curlers and stuff, so maybe I'll put some waves in my hair. We'll see.
Sunday, Steve and I are heading down to San Diego for some conference he has to go to for work. I'm a little kid and I'm scared to be home alone, so that's why I'm going with him. Plus, now I get to go to the zoo, yay! There's a little restaurant down there called Sammy's Woodfired Pizza, and the last time we were in San Diego, we ate there twice. It was so good! They used to have a restaurant in Fountain Valley, about 20 minutes away from us, but they closed it down. We were bummed. I just hope that the one in San Diego is still there. It's very similar to California Pizza Kitchen, but better.
We'll be home on Wednesday, so I most likely won't be around much for the first half of next week. Have a great Halloween everyone! And don't forget to change your clocks!
