23 more days!
Mar. 8th, 2005 09:03 amOnly 23 more days until I get to leave this job, yay! We had an office staff meeting this morning to discuss something that the bitch I hate suggested to our boss. She basically wants us to devise a filing system to make her life easier. She can kiss my ass if she thinks I’m going to do that for her. Apparently, many of my other co-workers share my sentiments. It just creates more paper for everyone, except for maybe me, because I don’t really have anything to do with projects. If she wants a new filing system, she can do it herself. She’s in a management position, which often implies that one in such a position would more than 40 hours a week. She doesn’t even work 40 hours, she’s here for maybe 30 in a good week. She can just come in over the weekends and start one.
Apparently, there is some good news to be reported around here, though I don’t know what it is. My co-worker told me to make sure I get myself alone with our office manager, because she’s supposed to tell me something. I don’t know what it’s about, or if it even has to do with me, so I’m extremely curious! Normally, my co-worker would just tell me, but I guess she’s going to be good now. Poo.
I got out of school at 9pm last night, yay! That’s much better than the 10pm that we’re used to. This week is going to be pretty easy for us, thank God. I could use an easy week for once. Tonight will probably be the toughest night. Tomorrow, we have another field trip at the hospital where my teacher works. Thursday is the most senior students’ last days, so we’re having a big potluck party. After they leave, I will be the most senior person in the class, woo hoo!
On my way home from school last night, I stopped by Target and picked up a hair dryer (that’s right, I didn’t own a hair dryer before last night), some brown loafers, a comb, a round brush, and some ponytail holders. I’m wearing my brown loafers today with a light blue ¾ length cable knit sweater and flared stretch khakis. I look like Bree Van de Camp from Desperate Housewives! But I must say, I think I look cute :). Plus, this sweater makes my boobs look bigger :).
