Leaving on a jet plane

So, the day after Thanksgiving, I'm flying to Chicago to be in my friend's wedding. I'm terrified of flying; I absolutely hate it, and I have to fly alone because Steve won't be coming with me. Needless to say, I'm a bundle of nerves right now just thinking about it all. To make matters worse, it's supposed to snow in Chicago on Friday. I have never flown, landed, or driven in snow before, so this is going to be a real challenge for me. It's like my worst nightmare come true with the snow. I'm excited to see the snow, but I'm just not excited to fly or drive in it.

We're hosting Christmas at our house :)! This is going to be very exciting, and also very challenging, because we need to figure out a way to get 20-25 people into our tiny house. Should be fun :). We actually plan on having dinner outside on the patio. Since we have two patio sets, that will seat 12 people, and we can easily fit more chairs in there. We can also make a little kid's table to make more room.

1. My husband - he's fantastic and takes good care of me
2. My job - it's nice to have one
3. My family - all in good health, and happy
4. My animals - they are my babies
5. My friends - they are very important to me
6. My house - nice to have a place to call our own
7. My education - it will help me get a better job
8. My country - I can freely express myself here without fear
