It's the most wonderful time of the year

It may be a tad early to start getting excited, but Christmas is in 7 weeks :)! I’m so incredibly excited, I can hardly contain myself! Christmas is my favorite time of year, and I am so looking forward to decorating my house and my yard. We bought some Christmas stuff when we were out at Bed, Bath and Beyond last weekend. We bought some candy canes to line our walkway, some little fake Christmas trees to also line our walkway, a little cow that moos “Deck the Halls,” some Christmas kitchen towels, some Christmas scented candles (mistletoe, home for the holidays, and Christmas cookies by Yankee Candle), and a snow globe type thing that shoots out little snowballs as Santa goes around a Christmas tree. I already have my lights to go outside (only $1.79 at Target for 100 multi-colored lights!), as well as lights for the tree, a countdown calendar, stockings, a welcome mat, bathroom towels, and more candles. As soon as I get back from Chicago on Thanksgiving weekend, I’m setting everything up!
