district12ravenclawMy appointment this morning went well, though I'm mooing right now because I gained 8 pounds in the last 4 weeks! And despite all of that, my uterus is measuring two weeks behind at 23.5cm, what the hell?! So I drowned my sorrows in a big plate of cheese blintzes from IHOP. They weren't concerned about the weight gain though, because I had hardly gained anything to date. Everytime the doctor found Owen's heartbeat, he would run away from it, so it took a minute to get a good read on it. What a little turd :).
My uterus is up to my rib cage now, crazy! I didn't realize it was that high already, especially because I never feel any movement above my belly button. This little boy is a lowrider.
My next appointment is March 29th. They finally got me on my regular schedule, so my 28 week appointment will be at 28 weeks, not 29. I'll be getting my RhoGAM shot at that time, which I found out I have to pick up from the pharmacy myself. Interesting. I also go in for lab work and my GTT in two weeks. I got the bottle of stuff today, and I'm so tempted to drink it to see what it tastes like!
