Hi Nikki! I've seen you around a lot on CC too, welcome to my journal! I'm going to have to go back and check the message boards now. That lady was totally nasty, I couldn't believe it! My guess is that she was in a similar situation, and she's not happy with it, so she's venting out of her own crappy experience.
