And chug I did! The bottle said to drink it when I got there, but the paper they sent me home with said to drink it before coming in. I wasn't sure which was right, so I got to my appointment early to find out, and I was supposed to have drank it already, so I chugged it in about 30 seconds. Yum.

exactly. The worst part for me was having to sit with that taste in your mouth for an hour. I wanted to drink some water or brush my teeth or something!
